The Office build-out is a private Office fitted to the trade. Leads arrive from the site form, and the Office holds jobs, estimates, customers, documents, subcontractor scheduling, and invoices. It can send a scheduled follow-up email when an estimate goes quiet. Staff enter and edit their own records. The Office runs on Seaside's managed servers and is offered only with a monthly care plan. This is Seaside's published price for this kind of build.
One price for both
One monthly price covers hosting and care for both the public site and the Office, including security updates, nightly encrypted backups of the Office, up to 30 minutes of changes per month, and support acknowledged within two business days. Support means troubleshooting the existing system; it does not include new pages, new features, new Office screens, data entry, or workflow changes. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract, and the price is stated in the written scope.
The same build, fitted to your trade
The site and the Office are built from one system. A contractor gets gallery, services, leads, and estimate requests. A landscaper, plumber, or cleaner gets the same tools with its own workflow. A restaurant can get menu items, hours, and order links; a church can get events, announcements, and sermon links. You enter the information. Seaside operates the machinery.
